「アスリート・ファースト〜アスリートに2つの出口を提供する〜」を目標として2023年に活動開始した日本海リーグは、「日本野球」をアジア・世界に広めるべく、海外戦略を打ち出します。
主な活動内容は、次の2項目①②です。
The Nihonkai League, which started its activities in 2023 with the goal of “Athletes First – Providing two outlets for athletes”, will launch an overseas strategy to promote “Japanese baseball” in Asia and the world.The main activities are the following two items.
①リーグ内にアジアチーム枠（最大2枠）の新設
Establishment of an Asian team quota (maximum of two quotas) within the league
日本海リーグは、2026シーズンの準加盟を目指し、国内3球団（富山、石川、滋賀）に加えて、最大2枠のアジア地域からの野球チームの参加を募集します。応募チームの中から書類・面談による審査を経て、下記の募集条件をクリアするチームを選定、最大2チームの設立準備を開始します。
In addition to the three domestic teams (Toyama, Ishikawa, and Shiga), the Nihonkai League will accept up to two slots for baseball teams from the Asian region, with the aim of becoming an associate member in the 2026 season.After screening of the applied teams through documents and interviews, teams that meet the following application requirements will be selected, and preparations for the establishment of up to two teams will begin.
〈応募条件〉 Application Requirements
▪️事業機能を持ちかつ事業収益を模索するもの
has a business function and seeks to generate business revenue.
▪️事業を3ヶ年以上継続して行えるもの
that can sustain the business for at least three years.
▪️年間運営費を2026年3月末までに準備できること
must be able to provide for annual operating expenses by the end of March 2026.

Business plan (how to acquire players, financial plan, etc.)

※審査結果は、6月15日（日）にメールにて通知予定
The screening results will be notified by e-mail on June 15 (Sun.), 2025.
②外国人選手向け日本野球・文化体験ツアーの開催
Organize a tour for foreign players to experience Japanese baseball and culture
日本海リーグ終了時期である2025年9月開催を予定
「日本野球・文化を観る、体験する」 チームとしての応募大歓迎、家族も楽しめる体験型ツアーです。
Scheduled to be held in September 2025, when the Japan Sea League ends.
We welcome applications as a team to “watch and experience Japanese baseball and culture,” and families are also welcome to enjoy the tour.
This is a hands-on tour.

▪️日本プロ野球を経験したOB選手による個別指導、特記データ取得・解析（オプション）
Tutoring by alumni players who have experienced Japanese professional baseball, special data acquisition and analysis (optional)
▪️日本企業の就職体験（オプション） Experience working for a Japanese company (optional)
▪️日本の衣食住文化を体験Experience Japanese food, clothing, and housing culture
〈実施スケジュール〉 Implementation Schedule
2025年 5〜6月 提携旅行会社、協力自治体の決定
Decide on partner travel agencies and cooperating municipalities.
7月 ツアー企画の発表、募集開始 Announce tour plan, begin recruiting
9月下旬 ツアー実行 September Tour execution
※最低募集人数を設定、定足数に満たない場合は中止の可能性あり
A minimum number of applicants will be set, and the tour may be cancelled if less than a quorum is reached.
